All standard New Zealand orders are shipped within 3 working days. You can track
your order easily via the on-line tracking service.
For furniture or items too large for the standard courier delivery, please contact our

Please ensure your address details are correct as once the parcel is on its way, we
cannot re-direct it. If you wish to have your parcel left, this is at your own risk. If you
