RETURNS

We will provide you with a store credit or exchange for full priced purchases under
the following conditions: The goods must be in unused condition, in original
packaging, with original labels and ticketing attached. The goods must be returned to
us within 7 days from date of purchase. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase,
unfortunately we cannot offer you a credit or exchange.

The original invoice must be provided as proof of purchase. Goods for return or
exchange must be returned to Deluxe within 7 days from date of purchase to be
eligible for a store credit. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. A further
delivery charge will be required for sending out all exchanges.

SALE ITEMS

No refunds or exchanges on sale or discounted items.

RETURN SHIPPING

Please contact us at deluxegreytown@xtra.co.nz or call us on 06 929 8230 to
confirm the return of an item before sending it to us. If the product has been
damaged in transit please notify us immediately and we will contact the delivery
provider to resolve any claims.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when
returning/exchanging an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
