Ottolenghi | Chilli Sauce 170g

Everyone has their favourite chilli sauce. Gochujang, sambal, Shatta, Nam phrik, Tabasco? This is ours. Punchy, sharp, acidic and, all importantly, spicy. Fermented red chilli's give it a funky hit. Add it anywhere you would hot sauce. Swirl into yoghurt, spread on a sandwich, or add to a sauce for an added punch.
